Grand Master Ed Samane
Ed Samane, a career martial artist, national speaker and consultant to the Martial Arts industry, is President and founder of PRO Martial Arts Franchise Corporation. With extensive experience in sales, marketing and customer service management for membership-based billing and consulting businesses, including Fitness Funding Corporation and Member Solutions, Ed Samane has dedicated his life to inspiring, educating and mentoring both business owners and his beloved students.
Mr. Samane holds a BBA in Marketing and currently owns six successful karate schools in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. He has earned a 8th Degree black belt in Tang Soo Do and an 8th degree black belt in Sin Moo Hapkido, and is internationally certified as a grandmaster instructor.

John brings to the table three decades of experience in franchising both in development and operations with companies like Maaco (Regional Director of Operations), Firemaster (Vice President of Field Operations and Operations Manager), and Line-X (Director of Franchise Sales). John also worked as Vice President of Mail Boxes Etc. (now the UPS Store) for six years early in his franchising career.
John has earned numerous achievements which represent his leadership and operational commitment to excellence in franchising.
Howard L. Soloway
Director of Finance, CLU, ChFC, MSFS
Howard is the CEO of Titanium Wealth Advisors, LLC in Westchester, Pennsylvania. He has been a financial consultant for over twenty years. His areas of expertise include investments, insurance, accounting and finance.
Prior to becoming a financial advisor, he held various positions including Financial Advisor/Agent for Mutual of New York, Vice President of Operations for United Health Clubs and Vice President of Operations for Continental Bank of Colorado.
Howard is past president of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals and a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council.
He is responsible for overseeing all accounting and reporting functions at PRO Martial Arts Franchise Corporation.
National Sales Trainer
Kyle Wolf is a results-oriented sales and marketing executive with a varied background in Sports and Fitness Industry. Currently, Kyle is in charge of Franchise Training and within his main role, he is responsible for the design and implementation of the PMA membership based sales process. His core responsibilities include initial franchisee training, on-going training, new franchise openings, monitoring and improving key performance indicators as well as Corporate Store operations. Kyle’s systemized training includes the training on the Corporation’s operations and sales techniques complimented by hands on-site training. The primary aim for the National Sales Trainer is system improvement and profitability.
Franchise Business Coach
Brien has 25 years experience in International Finance and Logistics as well as 4 years in successful multiple owner operations with Pro Martial Arts. His systemized training is enhanced bi monthly franchise meetings with franchise owners and staff. The primary goal is system improvement and profitability through on-going operations enrichment and training development.
